Contact Form Information

When you submit the enquiry form, its contents are formatted into a plain-text email and sent to our own enquiry inbox. Specifically:

The form is processed on our server and emailed to us. There is no website database, and submissions are not stored in one.
The email includes the fields you completed, the date and time of submission, and the IP address the submission came from. The IP address is included for abuse and spam investigation only.
Your email address is set as the reply-to address so we can respond to you directly.
A short-lived server session is used to hold a security token and a submission counter, which prevent forged and repeated automated submissions.

Once an enquiry email arrives, it lives in our email account and is subject to the privacy terms of that email provider.

How Information Is Used

continue a conversation you have already started with us;
