"I have a PSD file of a design for a product website and I need a responsive Wordpress theme created for it. The theme should include: - a homepage - a page template with sidebars (the default page template) - a full width page. Each of these templates must be able to accept widgets by adding/editing through the Wordpress adminUI. The theme must render perfectly without errors in all major browsers on desktop and mobile (IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari)."
